程艾思简介：
Regarding my research I would focus on language acquisition and will especially concentrate on language learning based on tasks with the aim of involving students into the teaching and learning process. In addition, I am interested in business English teaching and will try to identify areas of research such as human resource management in cross culture context. My research interest could be summarized into the following:

Activity:
In 2011, I took overseas internship in Poland as cultural exchange ambassador of Aiesec. During this period, I carried through cultural exchange and education work in 6 cities of Poland via teaching and China-day activity.
